Purple Poetry

'Drinkin and Thinkin' was my first piece of poetry and while it graces the front pages of Diary of a Divorcée Diva, I was honored to have it selected to be published in The Purple Poetry Book by TurnAround, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland. Diary of a Divorcée Diva: The Showcase!
​The first live theatrical showcase of my debut novel was a success! Some of NC's finest talents came together and graced the stage on Saturday, September 28th, 2013 at Greater Works Empowerment Center in my hometown, Durham, NC. I was honored to see my community show up and pack the house. Many thanks to ISTA Productions for partnering with me to kick of my very first Diva's Heart production. It was an honor to receive a cover mention and full spread feature in Simply Elevate Magazine and was truly a blessed event!
